Katie & Patrick were originally planing to be married in June of 2011, but Patrick serves in the U.S. Air Force and received orders to deploy to Afghanistan earlier than planned. They had to move up the date a couple of weeks and Katie was trying to plan everything from all the way in Utah! With the help of Connie from The Perfect Plan they couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful day! They were married in the dunes on the beach, just a short walk from Katie’s parents Cape Cod home. Catering by the fabulous Jim Messinger of Crazy Chefs, Music by Bruce Abbott, gorgeous flowers by Deborah Long Smith of Full Circle Flowers.
I am so happy to report Patrick returned safe and sound from Afghanistan and they are now living in their new home in Connecticut with a handsome new addition to their family, a gorgeous son, Ryan Patrick. Congratulations Katie & Patrick!!! xoxox

We couldn’t have asked for a better day for Chrissy & Joe’s engagement session! They traveled all the way from New Hampshire to have their engagement session on the Cape , but we had plenty of time venture over to Spohr Gardens and then to a couple of my favorite spots along Shore Dr. in Falmouth. Just as we were watching the sunset on one side of the road, we turned around to see the full moon rising on the other! Picture perfect day, picture perfect couple! Mike & Heather took me back to the spot were they got engaged in Boston….and then all around town! We had so much fun riding the subway, walking around the “Gahden” and having a cocktail at their favorite spot to root on the Bruins! It was a gorgeous summer day for Pamela & Justin’s beautiful Cape Cod wedding! We started off at the gorgeous Spohr Garderns for Justin to get a sneak peek of his gorgeous wife to be! We beat the rain for Nikki & Jay’s wedding day! It was literally pouring cats & dogs on the ride to the beach…when we arrived the guests all had umbrellas & rain boots! Boston Gardens Engagement Session
I usually shoot beach themed weddings, mostly on the Cape..sometimes on the South Shore….but when one of my favorite clients referred Lynne & Brian to me for their Boston wedding I just had to be excited for something new! Lynne and her bridesmaids were so down to earth & fun..and gorgeous! I started the day with them at Lynne’s parents home in Tewksbury…then off to get married @ St. Mary’s in Brookline…what a gorgeous day, what a BEAUTIFUL Bride! After the wedding ceremony we headed off to the Boston Public Gardens for the formal wedding party & family photographs. Then through the city of Boston we went…street photography is SO much fun! Lynne & Brian hosted a perfect reception at The Lenox…and they are living happily ever after!

I was in my total element with Lizette & Craig on this day! What a FUN idea! They LOVE camping, they spend their weekends in the summer camping at Nickerson State Park….and I spend my whole summer camping on the Cape too! This was so much fun and they are so perfect together! Shauna & Rob traveled all the way from California for Shauna’s dream Cape Cod wedding! What an amazing day it was! The weather was perfect and the guest list was HUGE, including guests from as far away as Ireland! With the band Tradition in the house the party was on the dance floor all night! Here is a quick sneak peek of Jenny & Andrew’s picture perfect wedding day! They exchaged marriage vows at Our Lady of the Lake in Halifax then we were off to the gorgeous Nelson Beach in Plymouth for formal photos…which were tons of fun with their wedding party & fun family….not to mention the picture perfect location! They had an amazing reception at The Radisson in Plymouth…and the dance floor was packed all night long with my favorite DJ Scott Rosenthal from Cape Tunes!
Friday the 13th was the lucky date for Shawna & Sean’s wedding at the very beautiful Colonial Hotel in Gardner MA. After a long week of rainy days we were all hoping & praying for a break for their outside ceremony. 13 proved to be their lucky number, it was a gorgeous New England Spring afternoon & evening! Kara & Jason celebrated their marriage on April 16, 2011 with a beautiful ceremony at The Corpus Christi Parish in Sandwich, MA. Kara’s family priest flew in from Florida to officiate the ceremony, making it extra special & extra fun! They were surrounded with a wonderful group of friends and family that made their dream wedding come to life. It was a bit chilly & very windy so we took most of the formals & family photos inside the church….but as you can see in the photos the wedding party were alot of fun & grinned & bared the cold for a few fun shots! The reception was held at The Resort & Conference Center in Hyannis…and what a beautiful reception it was!
I met Jen & Matt at Horseneck beach in Westport for their engagement session this weekend. The weather was perfect and the sky was a beautiful bright blue! We chatted about their wedding plans for September at the Pembroke Country Club and about their summers spent at Horseneck beach. They gave me a full tour of the beach and we found some great locations for these beautiful photos! Jen & Matt are a super sweet couple, very much in love & a true joy to photograph!
Gina & Mike met while attending Stonehill College in Easton, MA. Gina was on the soccer team and Mike played for the basketball team…so we went to the field & the gym and all around! Tori & Casey had one of the most original & fun weddings I have had the pleasure of photographing! From the moment I met with them at Bobby Byrne’s pub in Mashpee to discuss their wedding plans; over Bloody Marys…I knew it was going to be an amazingly good time! I photographed the engagement session…actually almost the “real” engagement of Brian & Colleen in Chatham, MA during the summer of 2009. We had so much fun together walking on the beach & chatting while coming up with great ideas for beautiful photographs. I will be posting the gorgeous engagement photos soon! In May 2010 I was so excited to take the trip to Philly to photograph their really cool retro bowling alley rehearsal dinner…and the intimate, gorgeous, city wedding at the Art Alliance building in Philly. Mike and Heather celebrated their wedding vows with a spectacular destination wedding in the Bahamas on April 21, 2010. With about 50 of their closest friends and family traveling from Massachusetts, they were welcomed at the Sheraton Nassau Beach resort for a fun filled week. The ceremony took place on the beautiful Cable Beach in Nassau. Flowers & design were absolutely amazing; provided by Full House Floral design. After taking some casual family & wedding party photos on the beach we headed off to the reception hosted at the gorgeous Lucianos of Chicago, Nassau. Absolutely everything was perfect from the delicious food, fruity Rum Runners, great DJ, wonderful service and a beautiful bride, groom and wedding party! I would love to repeat this destination wedding without a doubt! Enjoy the sneak peeks!
The Coonamessett Inn in Falmouth was the perfect setting for Maura & Josh’s beautiful New Year’s day wedding! It was snowing lightly, just enough to create the perfect backdrop for a Cape Cod winter wedding. The wedding party were more than happy to brave a little cold for some fun & gorgeous photos by the gazebo. The Coonamessett served up their famous Gold stationed reception complete with passed hot hors d’Oeuvres and a fresh raw bar along with delicious pasta, carving and stirfry stations. Laurie & Joe planned their Cape Cod dream wedding all the way from California! After many emails I was so excited to finally meet Laurie in person, and she was wonderful! We spent time while she and her bridesmaids got ready at the Admiralty Inn in Falmouth, then it was off the Christ The King Church in Mashpee for a beautiful full Catholic ceremony. After some special family time in the gardens at the church we headed off to Spohr Gardens for photographs. We had a nice amount of time between the ceremony & cocktail hour so we were able to make a couple more stops at the beautiful Nobska Light and some beach areas on the way.
